Alhamdulillah! I don't think I've been this happy all week about anything to be honest, but this Sajada changed my mood. When praying on it, I feel like I'm praying on a cloud. It's very comfortable and aesthetically very pleasing. This is what I call good quality, Mashallah.
I love this prayer mat, it lives up to the hype. At first I was skeptical when I took it out of the bag. I didn't think it was thick enough but once I prayed on it my doubts immediately disappeared. Yes. The text is English phonetic transliteration, not Arabic script, so there's no issue with standing or praying on it. This concern only applies to actual Arabic Quranic text, and even then scholars are divided, it's not a blanket prohibition.
No, it does not invalidate your prayer. Most scholars agree that glancing at written text (a mushaf, a phone, or a transliteration) while praying is a minor action, not something that breaks the salah. A stricter minority view says it can pull focus from khushu over time, so it is best treated as a training tool, not a permanent habit. Use it while you are memorizing the surah, then wean off it once it is locked in.
