Yes. The text is English phonetic transliteration, not Arabic script, so there's no issue with standing or praying on it. This concern only applies to actual Arabic Quranic text, and even then scholars are divided, it's not a blanket prohibition.
No, it does not invalidate your prayer. Most scholars agree that glancing at written text (a mushaf, a phone, or a transliteration) while praying is a minor action, not something that breaks the salah. A stricter minority view says it can pull focus from khushu over time, so it is best treated as a training tool, not a permanent habit. Use it while you are memorizing the surah, then wean off it once it is locked in.
