Most scholars agree that glancing at written text (a mushaf, a phone, or a transliteration) while praying is a minor action, not something that breaks the salah. A stricter minority view says it can pull focus from khushu over time, so it is best treated as a training tool, not a permanent habit. Use it while you are memorizing the surah, then wean off it once it is locked in.
