Our Promise to You

At Sajada, we're committed to elevating your prayer experience. If your prayer mat doesn't meet your expectations, we're here to make it right. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. 

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached. Any signs of use, wear, or damage may result in the return being rejected.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition
  • Original packaging should be included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  • You need to complete a return form.
  • All above steps, including the pickup of your order, must be completed within the 30-day window. 

Return Shipping: 

Once you request a return, we’ll email you the return shipping cost for approval. Once approved, we’ll send you the link to start the return process. The return shipping cost will then be deducted from your refund once we receive the item.

Please note: Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control and are not considered valid reasons for a return. Returns for bundled items must generally include all products within the bundle. Individual products may not be returned separately.

Resolution Process

    1. Submit a Request: Fill out our quick refund form (takes 2 minutes) with your order details, photos, and feedback about what didn't work for you
    2. We Review & Respond: Within 24-48 hours, we'll review your request and get back to you with a solution
    3. Get Your Resolution: Depending on your situation, we'll offer a replacement, full refund, or store credit

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Full refund processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically appear within 5-7 business days depending on your bank
  • You'll receive email confirmation when your refund is processed

Return Denial

Sajada reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy guidelines. This includes products that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original condition and packaging. Items returned outside the eligible return period may also be denied. Returns sent to any address other than the one provided through our portal will not be accepted.

Items delivered with POD (Proof of Delivery)

Orders confirmed as delivered by our carrier with tracking proof are not eligible for a non-delivery refund. In cases of suspected theft or misdelivery, customers should contact their local carrier or file a claim with their postal service.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your item for a different color or size, please contact us at support@sajada.com. Once approved, we’ll send you an invoice for the return shipping cost and any price difference (if applicable). After payment, you’ll receive a link to register your return and be sure to select 'Exchange'. Once we’ve received and inspected your item, we’ll issue store credit via email so you can reorder your preferred item.

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective item? We'll make it right immediately.

Contact us at support@sajada.com within 30 days with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • Description of the problem

We'll send a replacement at no charge or process a full refund, whichever you prefer. All shipping costs are covered by us.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom-engraved or personalized prayer mats that were made to your specifications
  • Items showing signs of use beyond reasonable inspection

If you have questions about whether your item qualifies, contact us before initiating a return.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 7 business days of us confirming your return was processed:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing can take time)
  3. Contact your bank (there's often processing time before refunds post)
  4. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at support@sajada.com
