TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Ramadan Umrah Package Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) organized by ABC Print Limited (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) located at 2301, 23/F Bayfield Building, 99 Hennessy Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong. By entering the Giveaway, you will be bound by these Terms and you acknowledge and agree that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.

1. Prize Details. Four (4) winners will each receive one (1) fully-paid Umrah trip package (the “Prize”). Each Umrah trip will be for a total duration of seven (7) days (including travel time, accommodation, and ground transportation)

Each Umrah package includes:

▪ Round-trip economy class airfare from the winner's nearest major international airport to Jeddah or Medina, Saudi Arabia

▪ Five-star hotel accommodation located within walking distance from Al Haramain including breakfast, for the duration of the Umrah trip (standard double occupancy)

▪ Umrah package service which includes train commute and Umrah visa processing as arranged by the Company's designated travel partner.

The following are NOT included in the Prize:

▪ Passport fees

▪ Travel insurance

▪ Meals not specified in the package, personal expenses, souvenirs, and incidentals

▪ Ground transportation to and from the winner's home airport

▪ Any additional nights, upgrades, or services beyond the agreed package

▪ Any applicable taxes, duties, or fees imposed by airport and/or governmental authorities

Winners agree that any costs or expenses arising outside of the Prize will be the sole responsibility of the Winner. Winners are responsible for ensuring they meet all health, vaccination, and entry requirements for travel to Saudi Arabia. The Company is not responsible for any refusal or inability to travel resulting from failure to meet these requirements.

2. Eligibility. Open to individuals worldwide who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and have a valid passport with at least six (6) months validity remaining as of the intended date of travel within the Travel Window (refer to Prize Fulfilment and Travel Booking section) and are legally able to travel internationally and undertake Umrah pilgrimage. Participants must be able to obtain necessary travel documents including Saudi Arabia entry visas and Umrah permits.

This Giveaway will not apply in places where such promotions are not allowed by law.

3. Giveaway Period. This Giveaway consists of four (4) independent weekly giveaway periods during the month of Ramadan 2026, each commencing from Thursday at 12:00 AM UK Time through the following Wednesday at 11:59 PM UK Time. The schedule is as follows:

▪ Week 1: February 19, 2026 (12:00 AM UK Time) through February 26, 2026 (11:59 PM UK Time)

▪ Week 2: February 27, 2026 (12:00 AM UK Time) through March 5, 2026 (11:59 PM UK Time)

▪ Week 3: March 6, 2026 (12:00 AM UK Time) through March 12, 2026 (11:59 PM UK Time)

▪ Week 4: March 13, 2026 (12:00 AM UK Time) through March 19, 2026 (11:59 PM UK Time)

All qualifying purchases and entries must be completed during these periods.

4. How to Participate. Participation in the Giveaway will be via the entry-based system. After completing a qualifying purchase on the Company’s website, participants will automatically receive access to track their entries and participate in the Giveaway. For every one (1) unit of currency spent during a weekly giveaway period on qualifying purchases, you will be awarded one (1) entry, valid for that week's drawing only. This applies to any currency accepted by the Company (USD, GBP, EUR, etc.). The currency-to-entry conversion is 1:1 regardless of exchange rates or currency denomination. For example, a spend of USD, GBP, or EUR 100 will result in one hundred (100) entries.

All purchases made through the Company's official website during the Giveaway Period qualify for entries for that week's drawing only. Entries are automatically calculated and assigned upon completion of a qualifying purchase. Purchase amounts are calculated based on the subtotal before taxes, shipping fees, and other charges unless otherwise specified. Refunded, cancelled, or returned purchases will result in the deduction of previously awarded entries for the applicable weekly period, including any applicable bonus entries earned from that transaction.

Weekly Reset: At the conclusion of each weekly drawing, all entries for that period expire and are removed from the system. Participants who wish to enter subsequent weekly drawings must make new qualifying purchase-entries or free-entries during those respective weekly periods.

5. Entry Look-Up. You may verify your entry count at any time by visiting the Entry Lookup Page. Enter the email address used for your purchase to view your total entries for the current weekly giveaway period. Entry counts are updated within 48 hours of purchase confirmation and include all base entries, tier bonuses, and referral bonuses.

All entries must be received during the Giveaway Period. Multiple entries using false identities, multiple email addresses for the same individual, or automated means will be disqualified. The Company reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries and to disqualify any participant who submits fraudulent, incomplete, or otherwise non-compliant entries. If you do not see your entries reflected within 48 hours, contact us using the information provided under “Contact Information”.

In the event of any discrepancy between the Entry Lookup Portal and the Company's internal records, the Company's records are final and binding.

6. Bonus Entry Tiers. In addition to base entries, you will receive bonus entries based on your purchase amount in a single transaction:

▪ If you spend $100 in one order, you will be awarded 200 bonus entries, which equals 300 total entries

▪ If you spend $200 in one order, you will be awarded 500 bonus entries, which equals 700 total entries

▪ If you spend $300 or more in one order, you will be awarded 1,000 bonus entries, which equals 1,300 total entries.

Note: Bonuses apply per order, not combined purchases. Two $50 orders don't equal $100 for the bonus. Participants will need $100 in a single purchase.

7. Referral Bonus System. Every participating customer receives a unique referral link accessible through purchase confirmation or the Entry Lookup page. Referral links remain valid throughout the entire Giveaway Period across all four (4) weekly giveaway periods. When a new customer uses your referral link to make a qualifying purchase during any weekly giveaway period, both you and the new customer receive fifty (50) bonus entries valid for the current week's drawing.

▪ New Customer (using the referral link): Receives 50 bonus entries in addition to their purchase-based entries and any tier bonuses.

▪ You (sharing the referral link): Receive 50 bonus entries added to your total for that week.

Important: Referral bonuses are awarded for the weekly period in which the referred purchase occurs. If someone makes a purchase using your referral link during Week 2, both you and that person receive 50 bonus entries for the Week 2 drawing only. These entries do not carry over to other weeks.

Referral links may only be used by new customers who have not previously completed a purchase from the Company. Self-referrals (using your own referral link through a separate account or identity), fraudulent referrals, use of bots or automated systems, creation of fake accounts, or any manipulative practices are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification of both the person sharing the link and the person using the link, with forfeiture of all accumulated entries. The Company reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of all referrals and may request additional documentation to confirm authenticity. Referral bonus entries will be credited within forty-eight (48) hours of the new customer's qualifying purchase being confirmed and payment being processed, and are valid only for the weekly drawing period in which the purchase occurred.

8. Alternative Method of Entry. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Participants may enter the Giveaway without making a purchase by submitting a free entry request through the official Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) form. To enter without purchase, complete the online AMOE form available at: AMOE Entry Form during any weekly giveaway period. You must provide the following information:

▪ Your full name

▪ Valid email address

▪ Mailing address (street, city, state/province, postal code, country)

▪ Phone number

▪ Date of birth

Each completed AMOE form submission will award you one (1) entry for the weekly period you designate. You may submit one (1) free entry request per weekly giveaway period, for a maximum of four (4) free entries total across the entire Giveaway (one per week). Multiple AMOE submissions for the same weekly period will be disqualified.

AMOE submissions must be received during the applicable weekly Giveaway period to be eligible for that week's drawing. Submissions received after a weekly period has closed will not be accepted. Free entries will be verified for authenticity. Fraudulent, duplicate, automated, or mass-produced AMOE submissions will be disqualified. All other Terms and Conditions apply equally to free entries and purchase-based entries, including eligibility requirements, winner notification procedures, documentation requirements, and prize conditions.

9. Prize(s) and Winner Selection Method. The Company will award Prizes to four (4) individuals ONLY who enter the Giveaway using the entry system described in these Terms. Winner announcements will be conducted via Instagram Live on the Company's official Instagram account @bysajada every Thursday during Ramadan, beginning on February 26, 2026. Only one (1) winner will be selected each Thursday for four consecutive Thursdays.

Instagram Live sessions will be broadcast at times announced at least 24 hours in advance via the Company's social media channels and/or email. Drawings will be conducted in good faith by the Company or its designated representative(s). Potential winners will be selected through random drawing from among all eligible entries received during that specific weekly period only. Each entry represents one (1) equal and independent chance to win for the weekly period in which it was earned. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for that weekly period. Each weekly giveaway period operates independently. Entries earned during one week are valid only for that week's drawing and do not carry over, accumulate, or transfer to subsequent weeks.

If you are a winner, in addition to the public Instagram Live announcement, you will be contacted directly via email and/or phone within 24 hours of the live drawing. You must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of initial contact to confirm acceptance of the prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in immediate disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected. Upon confirmation of acceptance, you must complete and return all required verification and documentation within fourteen (14) days of initial contact. Required documentation includes but is not limited to: Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, Publicity Release, tax documentation (W-9 for U.S. winners if applicable), and passport information for travel booking.

The Company believes in full transparency and conducts all drawings openly via public live broadcast to ensure that all eligible participants have confidence in the integrity and fairness of the selection process. All decisions regarding the validity of entries, calculation of entry counts for each weekly period, and winner selection are made in good faith, are exercised with sole and absolute discretion by the Company, and are final and binding on all participants.

By participating in this Giveaway, you consent to the public announcement of your name, city, and country of residence if you are selected as a winner. Winner announcements will be made via Instagram Live and may be shared across the Company's social media channels, website, and marketing materials. Participation constitutes your agreement to such publicity without additional compensation.

10. Prize Fulfilment and Travel Booking. The Umrah booking process will commence after the conclusion of Ramadan 2026. Prize(s) will be fulfilled by the Company’s designated travel partner. Winners must complete their Umrah trip between July 1, 2026 and November 30, 2026 (the “Travel Window”). Winners may select their preferred travel dates within the Travel Window, subject to flight and hotel availability. The Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate winner preferences but cannot guarantee specific dates or accommodations. Each winner will be responsible for providing all necessary documentation for travel booking within fourteen (14) days of being contacted by the travel coordinator or the Sponsor, including valid passport information, completed visa application forms, required photographs, and any additional documentation required by Saudi Arabian authorities.

Winners may transfer their Prize to another eligible individual who meets all eligibility requirements as stated hereabove. The winner must submit a written transfer request within forty-eight (48) hours of being notified as a winner. The transferee must execute all required documents including liability releases and publicity authorizations as mentioned in the Conditions of Acceptance section below. The transferee must also read, acknowledge, and sign a written agreement confirming they have reviewed and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. The Company reserves the right to reasonably approve or deny any transfer request. Once transferred, the original winner relinquishes all rights and the transferee becomes solely responsible for all aspects of Prize acceptance and use.

Each Prize will be awarded "as is" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). If you win a Prize, you may not transfer, assign, or redeem the Prize for cash. If a Winner fails to complete the Umrah trip within the Travel Window or fails to provide required documentation, the Prize will be forfeited without any further obligation or compensation.

11. Taxes and Withholding. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, provincial, local, and international taxes, fees, duties, and other charges associated with accepting or using the Prize in their country of residence. Winners are strongly encouraged to consult with qualified tax advisors regarding the tax implications of Prize acceptance. The Company is not responsible for any tax consequences resulting from Prize acceptance, and winners accept full responsibility for complying with all applicable tax laws in their country of residence. The approximate retail value will be provided to winners for tax reporting purposes.

Winners may be required to provide any forms, documents, or certifications reasonably requested by the Company to comply with applicable laws or regulations. This requirement applies from the time of winner selection through Prize fulfilment and continues until all legal and tax reporting obligations in all applicable jurisdictions have been satisfied. Failure to provide the requested documentation within fourteen (14) days of notice will result in Prize forfeiture.

Disclaimer. The Company is not responsible for any legal restrictions, tax regulations, or governmental actions in a winner’s home jurisdiction that prevent the winner from claiming or using the Prize. Winners must verify their ability to accept international Prizes under their local laws before participating.

12. Conditions of Acceptance. Before receiving the Prize, winners (or transferees) must execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release, execute and return a Publicity Release (where permitted by law), provide valid government-issued photo identification, and comply with all applicable tax reporting and withholding requirements. Failure to complete and return required documentation within fourteen (14) days of notification will result in Prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

BY ACCEPTING THE PRIZE, WINNERS AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS THE COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE GIVEAWAY OR PRIZE ACCEPTANCE OR USE.

13. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification. By participating in this Giveaway, participants agree that the Company, including but not limited to, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, technical malfunctions, human error, or technical issues related to telephone, computer, network, online, social media platform(s), or electronic systems, servers, or providers; (2) any lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, or undelivered entries; (3) any injury, damage, death, loss, or accident arising from or in connection with Prize acceptance, possession, or use; (4) any issues, delays, or cancellations related to travel services, including airline or hotel service disruptions, flight delays or cancellations, accommodation quality, or force majeure events (See below); (5) visa denials, entry refusals, or any other governmental action preventing Prize fulfilment; or (6) health issues, including illness, injury, or pandemic-related travel restrictions that may affect a winner's ability to travel.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company’s total, aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Giveaway, the Prize, or these Terms & Conditions, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, shall not exceed Four Thousand United States Dollars, ($4,000.00). To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of use, travel disruptions, personal inconvenience, or any other economic or non-economic losses, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, legal advisors, agents, and partners from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your participation in the Giveaway; (b) your acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize; (c) your violation of these Terms; (d) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (e) your violation of any rights of any third party.

14. Force Majeure. The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies; war, terrorism, civil unrest, or government action; strikes, labour disputes, or supply chain disruptions; airline or travel provider failure or restrictions, Saudi Arabian entry restrictions, Umrah permit unavailability, airspace closures, or other transportation disruptions; and technical failures, cyber-attacks, or system outages. In the event of force majeure affecting Prize fulfilment, the Company may, in its sole discretion, extend deadlines, modify Prize components of equivalent value, or cancel the affected Prize without further obligation to the winner. No substitute prize, cash or equivalent, of any kind, will be offered.

15. General Conditions. The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the Company's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway. In the event of Giveaway termination, the Company may, at its discretion, select winners from all eligible entries received prior to termination.

The Company reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Giveaway, acting in violation of these Terms, or engaging in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Company reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Company's decisions regarding all aspects of the Giveaway are final and binding.

16. Social Media Platform Disclaimer. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any other social media platform. By participating, you acknowledge that you are providing your information to the Company and not to Instagram or Meta. Any questions or complaints regarding the Giveaway must be directed to the Company, not to Instagram or Meta. Instagram and Meta bear no responsibility whatsoever for the administration, operation, or fulfilment of this Giveaway.

17. Privacy Notice. All information submitted in connection with this Giveaway will be treated in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, applicable tax-related requirements, and the Company’s Privacy Policy linked here.

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway and acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission for the Company to use winner's name, likeness, biographical information, voice, statements, city and country of residence, and photographs or video recordings (including from Instagram Live announcements) for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any media worldwide without further compensation or notice. Winners may be required to participate in promotional activities, including interviews, photographs, and video recordings, as reasonably requested by the Company. In jurisdictions where such consent is required by law, winners will be asked to execute a separate publicity release.

18. Disputes and Governing Law. These Terms and the Giveaway shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. By participating, you expressly agree to the application of Delaware law regardless of your state or country of residence. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Giveaway shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted virtually via video conference or other remote technology, in the English language, before a single arbitrator applying Delaware law. All disputes will be resolved individually on a one-on-one basis. Participants irrevocably waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits, class-wide arbitration, collective actions, representative proceedings, or any other consolidated proceedings. The arbitrator may only resolve disputes on an individual basis and may not consolidate claims with other participants or issue relief that affects anyone other than the individual participant

By participating in this Giveaway, you expressly consent to binding arbitration as the exclusive means of resolving disputes. This consent is voluntary, knowing, and intelligent. You understand and agree that arbitration shall proceed even if you do not participate, and that the arbitrator's decision will be final and binding. No additional consent to arbitration shall be required unless mandated by applicable law.

19. Release of Claims. By entering the Giveaway, each participant releases and forever discharges the Company and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, travel partners, and representatives from any and all actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, rights, and causes of action of every kind and nature, whether known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, that arise out of or relate in any way to this Giveaway, these Terms, or Prize acceptance or use.

20. Modifications to Terms. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any amendments will be posted either on the Company website at https://sajada.com/, notified through Instagram, or email, and continued participation following such posting constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. Material changes will be communicated to participants via email when reasonably possible.

21. Entire Agreement. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the participant and the Company with respect to this Giveaway and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, including but not limited to any statements made on social media, Instagram Live broadcasts, email correspondence, or promotional materials. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

23. Acceptance of Terms.

By participating in this Giveaway (whether by making a qualifying purchase, using a referral link, or submitting an AMOE form), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions and all decisions of the Company, which shall be final, conclusive, and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Participation constitutes your express agreement to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You further agree that the Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to interpret, modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway or these Terms to address errors, technical issues, fraud, or unforeseen circumstances, without liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Any failure by the Company to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. These Terms have been drafted in good faith and represent the Company's best efforts to establish clear, fair, and legally compliant rules for the Giveaway. However, the Company including but not limited to its directors, employees, and its contractors are released from any and all liability arising from unintentional errors, omissions, ambiguities, or legal insufficiencies in these Terms, provided such errors were made in good faith and without intent to deceive or harm participants. In the event of any error, ambiguity, omission, or inconsistency in these Terms, any promotional materials, social media posts, or any other communications regarding the Giveaway, the Company reserves the right to correct such error at its sole discretion. If any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms do not constitute legal advice. Participants should consult their own qualified legal counsel regarding any legal questions or concerns. No attorney-client relationship exists between participants and the Company or its legal advisors.
